Cancellation Policy – Madrid Private Tours
Cancellation Policy

Case n°1 : Reservation of a private visit for a group of up to 7 people
For private tours (MAXIMUM 7 PEOPLE), cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour date are entitled to a 100% refund or a voucher for a private tour. Booked tickets will not be refunded (museums, palaces, etc.; this also includes transfer drivers).
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival entitle the client to a 50% refund or a voucher. The booked tickets will not be refunded (museums, palaces, transfer driver, etc.) All services purchased become non-refundable within the 48 hours prior to activity, for a group of up to 7 people.
-> It is important to note that museum tickets are neither exchangeable nor transferable (respecting museum policy). In the event that a tour is rescheduled by the client within 48 hours of the tour date, additional admissions will have to be purchased and charged.
Case n°2 : Reservation of a private visit for a group of more than 7 people
For private tours (MORE THAN 7 PEOPLE), cancellations made at least 10 days before the date of the tour will be reimbursed 100% or granted a voucher for a private tour. Booked tickets will not be refunded (museums, palaces, transfer driver, etc.).
Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days prior to arrival entitle the client to a 50% refund or a voucher for a private tour. The booked tickets will not be refunded (museums, palaces, transfer driver, etc.). All sales become non-refundable within 3 days prior to the date of the activity for a group of more than 7 people.
-> It is important to note that museum tickets are neither exchangeable nor transferable (per policy of the respective museums). It is therefore not guaranteed that the date or time of a visit for a group of more than 7 people can be changed 5 days before the scheduled visit.
Case n°3 : Reservation of a private visit for a large group of more than 15 people (company group, school, association...)
For private visits of large groups (MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE), cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will be reimbursed at 100%, or granted a voucher for a private visit. Booked tickets will not be refunded (museums, palaces, transfer driver, etc.).
Cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days prior to the date of the activity entitle the client to a 50% refund or a voucher for a private tour. The booked tickets will not be refunded (museums, palaces, transfer driver, etc.). All sales become non-refundable within 5 days prior to the date of the private tour for a group of more than 15 people.
